Advance registration required
This practice is rooted in the understanding that mindful time spent in nature can provide much healing for us all; having a knowledgeable and conscientious guide helps make that power more accessible and provides a safe container to explore the practice
$20 per person - a special rate in celebration of the International Day of Forests!
Recommended for adults over the age of 18. This is a safe space and all are welcome!
Please wear warm layers and be prepared for the weather. We will be moving slowly, so you are likely to feel cooler than on a faster-paced walk. Waterproof boots are encouraged!
