Come and experience the forest in a new way!
Let a certified Forest Therapy Guide lead you on a slow and mindful walk in the woods. This session will include a brief introduction to the practice of forest bathing, guided walk and nature connection invitations, and a wild foraged tea ceremony. We will be getting to know the mixed forest along the north shore of the Grand River, by way of the Aboyne Trail, located between Elora and Fergus.
Forest therapy has been shown to help reduce blood pressure, lower heart rates, reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression, and help elevate immune functioning. Come and experience what the forest has to offer!
INVESTMENT: $40 per person OR save 25% when you register for both Aboyne Trail Experiences (March 20 at 7pm & March 31 at 9am)
Note that this trail is not fully accessible and does require walking on uneven surfaces - contact me directly if you have concerns about the suitability of this event for yourself or a loved one.
